Local PTA Reflections chairs and leaders, we hope your program launches are off to a great start this year! Are you looking for the student entry forms, category rules and LWPTSA Council deadlines? Are you wondering about your PTA’s 8-digit national ID number for the student entry form?
We invite you to explore the Reflections pages of our website, where all of our current 2022-2023 forms, key dates, program guidelines and ID numbers are available to browse and share with your PTA and school communities. We have added a Spanish-language student entry form in addition to our English form. Local leaders and Reflections chairs, please pre-fill the shaded portions at the tops of these entry forms before distributing them to your students and families.

Students and families, are you wondering how you can enter your original artwork in Reflections this year? We encourage you to check with your school’s PTA/PTSA Reflections representative or PTA/PTSA leaders for entry information and deadlines. Students must enter through their local PTA/PTSA.
