Important Dates for Treasurers
All nonprofits must be registered with the Washington Secretary of State Office. Renewal is due annually on the month of their incorporation. Don’t know when your local PTA/PTSA’s corporate renewal is due? Check incorporation dates for local PTAs.

Invoices
Local units pay WSPTA dues through Givebacks by the 1st day of each month. Council dues are collected in October, December, February, April and June on the dates of Council’s general membership meetings. There are a few other program items that are paid directly to Council. - 2024-25 Scholarship Assessment (PDF) — Supports the LWPTSA Council Scholarship program; due Nov. 15, 2024
- 2025 Founders’ Day — Annual celebration of the founding of PTA. Features Reflections presentations and Council-level awards; deadline and invoice amounts TBD.
