If WSPTA is your PTA’s registered agent, this may impact your organization.
- Secretary of State – If the WSPTA office is your registered agent for the Secretary of State Charities Program or Secretary of State Corporation Division, the address change will be taken care of for you. No action is required.
- IRS – If the WSPTA office address is listed as your organization’s mailing address, it is each PTA’s responsibility to notify the IRS of the change to the WSPTA office address. To make this change you will need to file IRS form 8822-B.
