Membership Tip January 18

Look to personal contacts such as friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to strengthen your membership numbers. Work with your PTA board to create a list of community and organization leaders they know or work with. Reach out to them. Invite them to a PTA event so they see the value provided to schools and community.

Need More Volunteers? Read this Success Story!

An elementary school in New York came up with a great way to increase the number of active volunteers in their community.  Their “Three for Me” campaign, a collaboration between the school administration and the PTA, increased the number of volunteers to an unprecedented 70%!
